Sales Engineers – Maintenance Department

**We’re Hiring: Sales Engineer – Maintenance Department – Kehlan Pools \& Fountains (Oman)** Are you a proactive and technically skilled sales professional with experience in maintenance contracts and service\-based projects? Join Kehlan Pools \& Fountains, a leading name in the GCC pool and water feature industry, known for innovation, quality, and reliable after\-sales service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and develop new maintenance and annual service contract (AMC) opportunities for swimming pools, fountains, and water features. * Meet clients, property owners, facility managers, and consultants to assess maintenance requirements and propose suitable solutions. * Prepare and submit maintenance proposals, quotations, and AMC offers in coordination with technical and operations teams. * Follow up on proposals and negotiations to secure service contracts. * Conduct site surveys to evaluate existing systems and define scope of maintenance works. * Maintain and expand relationships with existing maintenance clients. * Achieve assigned sales targets for maintenance and service projects. * Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure smooth handover after contract award. * Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports for management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in maintenance services, pools, water features, MEP, or facilities management. * Good technical understanding of pool systems, equipment, and maintenance practices is an advantage. * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Valid driving license preferred. * Experience in Oman or GCC market is an advantage.
