Sales Engineer

**Sales Engineer – Industrial Components \& Manufacturing** **About the Role:** We are a metal casting and precision manufacturing company supplying the oil \& gas, cement, crushers, aluminum smelting, and railway sectors, with an expanding pump trading and OEM division. We're looking for a technically strong sales professional to drive growth across our industrial client base. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets * Build and maintain relationships with new and existing industrial clients * Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in casting, machining, and pump/OEM segments * Prepare and deliver technical sales proposals and presentations * Negotiate contracts and close deals with industrial and OEM clients * Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to the General Manager **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required) — Mechanical Engineering preferred, but other engineering disciplines will be considered * Proven sales experience, preferably in mechanical components, metal casting/machining, industrial pumps, or construction materials * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Ability to read technical drawings and understand product specifications at a level that builds credibility with engineers and procurement teams * Minimum 5 years' sales experience in the Bahraini market * Valid Bahraini driver's license **Reports to:** General Manager **Job Type:** Full\-time **Compensation:** BHD 400–600/month depending on experience, plus commission (structure to be discussed) **Language:** English **Location:** Askar Job Type: Full\-time Pay: BD400\.000 \- BD600\.000 per month
