Sales Engineer

**Location:** Qatar **Years of Experience:** 2\-4 years of relevant experience. **Working Arrangement:** on\-site. **Language Requirements:** Fluency in English (written and spoken). We are seeking a technically strong Sales Engineer to support business growth in the Oil \& Gas sector. The role focuses on promoting and selling power transmission solutions (ex: gearboxes, couplings, and other rotating equipment), by combining engineering expertise with commercial execution. The Sales Engineer will manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity development to technical support and order closure. ### **Key Requirements** * 2–4 years of sales experience within the Oil \& Gas sector * Strong technical understanding of industrial products and solutions * Proven experience selling or supporting Power Transmission products (gearboxes, couplings, and other rotating equipment) * Experience preparing technical submittals, datasheets, and quotations * Experience managing accounts and sales pipelines ### **Other Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering * Strong communication and presentation skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts/projects * Commercial awareness and customer\-focused mindset * Good time management and organizational skills ### **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and manage sales opportunities within the Oil \& Gas sector * Promote and sell power transmission products and solutions * Provide technical advice and application support to customers * Prepare and submit quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposals * Follow up with clients to progress opportunities and close sales * Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders * Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
