Sales Engineer – HVAC (AMC contracts)

**Key Responsibilities** Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets. Promote and sell HVAC Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). Identify and secure new clients across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements. Prepare technical and commercial quotations, primarily for AMC contracts and small HVAC projects. Follow up on quotations and negotiate with clients to successfully close sales. Build and maintain long\-term relationships with customers. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of awarded jobs. Maintain records of leads, quotations, sales activities, and customer interactions. Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth. **Qualifications \& Experience** Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2–5 years of HVAC sales experience, preferably in Oman or the GCC. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance services, and AMC contracts. Experience preparing technical and commercial quotations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently in a startup environment. Valid Omani driving license is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
