This role is ideal for recent graduates with a technical engineering background who are interested in combining their engineering knowledge with sales, customer relationships, and business development. The successful candidate will receive an opportunity to develop practical experience in **technical sales, client management, product presentations, quotations, and business development**. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities. * Meet clients to understand their technical and commercial requirements. * Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations. * Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions. * Collaborate with engineering teams to provide customized solutions. * Support customers before and after sales by resolving technical inquiries. * Negotiate pricing and commercial terms. * Build and maintain long\-term client relationships. * Work toward achieving monthly and annual sales targets. * Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. * Visit customer sites whenever required. Who We're Looking For * **Female Omani National.** * Fresh graduate with a **Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.** * **0–6 months of experience** in Technical Sales or Sales Engineering; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong interest in sales, customer interaction, and business development. * Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. * Proficient in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).** * Experience using CRM software is an advantage. * Valid Omani driving license is preferred. * Willingness to learn, develop technical sales skills, and work with clients.
