Sales Engineer

**Duties and Responsibilities:** * Manage incoming client requests and offer technical assistance on instrumentation products and services. * Draw up and present quotations, proposals, and compliance documents depending on project needs. * Communicate with internal technical and procurement staff to ensure correct pricing, lead times, and specifications. * Make product presentations and client meetings as may be required. * Keep and update customer files, sales records, and project files. * Follow up on proposals submitted and negotiate with clients when required. * Provide support for after\-sales coordination of deliveries, documentation, and technical clarifications. * Maintain current product knowledge, trends, and competitors. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of AutoCAD and instrumentation fundamentals is a plus. * Organized, detail\-minded, and capable of handling multiple client accounts.
