Sales Development Executive – Accounting \& Audit Services **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Company:** Al Fouad Accounting \& Management Co. LLC **Compensation:** Attractive Commission\-Based Package We are looking for a motivated, results\-oriented Sales Development Executive to develop new business opportunities for our professional accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial management services across the UAE. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and approach potential corporate clients, SMEs, trading companies, restaurants, and other businesses. * Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings with prospective clients. * Promote our accounting, bookkeeping, external audit, VAT, Corporate Tax, CFO, and financial consultancy services. * Prepare and follow up on quotations and service proposals in coordination with management. * Negotiate commercial terms within approved company policies and convert opportunities into signed agreements. * Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and provide regular sales activity reports. * Build long\-term client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services. **Requirements** * Experience in B2B sales, business development, or professional services. * Knowledge of the UAE business environment; accounting or audit industry experience is an advantage. * Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and client relationship skills. * Ability to work independently and achieve measurable sales targets. * Existing UAE business contacts and a proven record of client acquisition are preferred. **Compensation and Incentives** * Commission\-based remuneration linked to new business generated and client fees collected. * Attractive incentives for recurring monthly contracts and high\-value engagements. * Commission terms and payment conditions will be agreed upon in writing. * Proposed commission rates The rates below are a proposed internal commercial policy, not an official UAE industry benchmark. They should be tested against your service delivery costs and gross profit margins.
