Sales \& Customer Support Executive Female – WhatsApp \& Phone Sales We are looking for a **smart, confident, well\-spoken and highly responsive female Sales \& Customer Support Executive** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, understands how to handle sales enquiries professionally, and knows how to **follow up consistently and turn enquiries into sales**. Key Responsibilities * Attend and respond to incoming **customer calls and sales enquiries** * Communicate confidently in english and Arabic and professionally with customers * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products * Follow up with potential customers and help **convert leads into sales** * Handle customer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, delivery and other enquiries * Manage customer conversations through **WhatsApp, calls and messages** * Conduct WhatsApp marketing and follow up on existing and new leads * Ensure customers receive **quick and timely responses** * Maintain an organised database of customer names, contact numbers, enquiries and follow\-up status * Keep track of pending leads and ensure no genuine sales enquiry is missed * Maintain a proper daily follow\-up system * Coordinate internally whenever additional product information, quotations or support is required * Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business Candidate Requirements We are looking for someone who is: * **Fluent and well\-spoken in English** * Arabic speaking would be a **strong advantage** * Confident speaking with customers over the phone * Friendly, professional and persuasive * Sales\-oriented with the ability to follow up and close enquiries * Smart and capable of understanding different customer requirements * Highly responsive and organised * Comfortable using **WhatsApp Business, phone calls and basic computer systems** * Able to maintain customer records and follow\-up lists * Previous experience in **sales, telesales, customer service or WhatsApp sales** is preferred * Currently residing in the UAE * Preferably on **husband/spouse visa** Working Hours **10:00 AM – 7:00 PM** Salary **AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 per month**, depending on experience and suitability. What We Are Looking For This is not simply a call\-answering position. We need someone who can **take ownership of customer enquiries from the first conversation through follow\-up and conversion**. The ideal candidate should be proactive enough to follow up without being reminded, organised enough to maintain customer information properly, and confident enough to communicate with different types of customers professionally.
