Sales & Customer Service Officer

We at SmileHandyy, are looking for high\-quality sales \& customer service officer in Abu Dhabi. You will work as part of the team on solving problems, drive customer repeat, and improve service quality with service partners. You will be a bridge between customers and service partners to ensure that customers get a smooth and delightful experience from the services provided by our service partners. **Job Responsibilities** * You will play a direct role in shaping our customer experience of the platform * Engage the customers through voice \& non\-voice channels, both in\-bound \& out\-bound. * Build customer loyalty and repeat the sales on the platform. * Conduct customer feedback \& surveys with customers and service partners. * Manage service partners, help them with service feedback, and implement the ways to improve service quality. * Conduct training and inductions for service partners. * Actively manage social media channels, answer customer queries and post the updates. **Job Requirements** * The drive and passion for solving large \& complex problems. * Typically someone with 2\-5 years of experience in customer service \& sales, consulting, early age start\-ups Ops, business operations will do well in these roles. **What can you expect?** * An exciting work environment, with great ownership and growth opportunities. * The direct impact of the work you do on the lives of people * A high performance, the high\-rewarding environment at the cutting edge of growth.
