Sales & Customer Service Executive – Mobile & Accessories We are hiring a Sales & Customer Service Executive for our new Mobile & Accessories store opening this month. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in the mobile and accessories retail market in Qatar, strong knowledge of current market trends and products, and excellent customer service skills. Arabic language proficiency (especially work-related fluency) is a strong advantage. Key Requirements: • 2–5 years of relevant retail sales experience, specifically in mobile phones and accessories • Strong understanding of the Qatar mobile/accessories market and current trends • Arabic speaking preferred (work-related fluency a plus) • Immediate availability to join • Excellent communication and customer service skills • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, demonstrating a track record of success and exceeding targets. • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and build rapport with customers. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
