Sales & Customer Relations Manager

We’re Hiring: Sales \& Customer Relations Manager We are looking for a motivated sales leader to drive exhibitor and sponsorship sales across our exhibition portfolio, lead our Sales \& Booking team, and build lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities Achieve individual sales targets and lead the team’s overall sales performance. Identify new business opportunities and secure exhibitor, booth, and sponsorship bookings. Build strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and key accounts. Lead negotiations, close deals, and encourage repeat participation. Manage sales pipelines, maintain accurate CRM records, and prepare sales forecasts. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and exhibitor support. Requirements 3–5\+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial account management. At least 2 years of team leadership, supervision, or sales coaching experience. A proven record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue. Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills. Good knowledge of CRM systems and sales forecasting. Professional written and spoken Arabic and English. Experience in exhibitions, events, media, advertising, hospitality, or sponsorship sales is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV.
