Sales Coordinator

We are an established Dubai\-based printing and advertising company with nearly 20 years of experience in printing, signage, branding and advertising solutions. We are looking for a well\-organized and proactive **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales team and ensure smooth handling of enquiries, quotations and customer orders. Responsibilities * Prepare quotations and follow up with customers. * Coordinate with the sales and production teams on pricing, job status and delivery. * Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp. * Maintain records of enquiries, quotations and confirmed orders. * Follow up on pending quotations and customer requirements. * Coordinate artwork, approvals and production schedules when required. * Assist the sales team with day\-to\-day administrative tasks. * Follow up on deliveries and customer payments when required. Requirements * Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service or administration preferred. * Printing, signage or advertising experience is an advantage. * Good communication and customer\-handling skills. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, email and WhatsApp. * Organized, detail\-oriented and able to handle multiple jobs at the same time. * Comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams. * Candidates with UAE experience will be preferred. **Location:** Dubai **Job Type:** Full\-time We are looking for someone reliable, organized and energetic who can help keep the sales process running smoothly from enquiry to job completion.
