Sales Coordinator

Coordinate with the sales team to manage inquiries, quotations, and customer follow-ups. Prepare and send proposals, quotations, contracts, and service agreements. Handle customer inquiries related to home maintenance services, including plumbing, electrical, AC maintenance, painting, handyman services, cleaning, pest control, and water tank cleaning. Schedule site inspections and coordinate with operations for timely service delivery. Maintain customer records, sales reports, and CRM data. Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat business. Coordinate with technicians and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of services. Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and business growth. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports. Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 1 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or inside sales, preferably in Facilities Management, Home Maintenance, or Service Industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Fluent in English; Hindi is mandatory. • Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage. • Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation.
