DPlast is a rapidly growing manufacturer of plastic products serving the agricultural, industrial and commercial sectors across the UAE and GCC. We are looking for an organised and proactive **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales team and ensure the smooth handling of customer enquiries, quotations and orders.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare quotations, sales orders and customer correspondence.
* Coordinate customer enquiries from initial contact through to delivery.
* Liaise with production, logistics and purchasing departments to ensure orders are delivered on time.
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
* Follow up on quotations and support the sales team in securing new business.
* Coordinate deliveries and communicate order updates to customers.
* Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM and sales databases.
* Assist with exhibitions, marketing activities and customer visits when required.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and service.
Requirements
* Minimum **3 years' experience** in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator or Customer Service role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic is an advantage).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
* Experience using ERP or CRM systems is desirable.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Professional telephone manner with excellent customer service skills.
* A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a growing team.
