Sales Coordinator Call Centre Central Kitchen (Arabic speaker)

We are seeking an organised and customer\-focused Arabic speaking **Sales Coordinator** to support the call centre of our central kitchen. The successful candidate will coordinate customer orders, assist the sales team, and work closely with kitchen and delivery operations to ensure accurate, timely service. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. New Customer Acquisition** * Identify and approach potential customers such as restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering companies, schools, hospitals, offices, and other food\-service businesses. **2\. Customer Onboarding** * Coordinate the onboarding process for new customers from initial agreement through to the first order. **3\. Customer Retention** * Maintain regular communication with existing customers and develop long\-term relationships. **4\. Sales Coordination** * Receive and coordinate customer orders with the Central Kitchen and delivery team. * Ensure orders are accurately communicated regarding quantities, specifications, packaging, and delivery times. **5\. Business Development** Work Location: In person
