Sales Consultant

* Respond to inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk\-ins) about visa and migration services * Qualify leads by assessing basic eligibility (education, work experience, age, funds) against target program criteria * Convert consultations into signed clients by explaining service packages, pricing, and timelines * Follow up on warm leads and re\-engage cold prospects through calls/emails * Conduct initial consultations explaining visa pathway options (skilled migration, job seeker visas, student routes, work permits) in simple terms * Present and explain retainer agreements, fee structures, and payment plans * Handle objections around cost, timelines, and success likelihood — without making guarantees that breach compliance rules * Close sales and collect signed agreements \+ initial payments * Maintain and update CRM/lead tracker with client status, follow\-up dates, and conversion notes * Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs (calls made, consultations booked, contracts signed, revenue generated) * Report pipeline status to sales management regularly Pay: KD300\.000 \- KD800\.000 per month Work Location: In person
