Job description

* Generate and follow up on leads for visa/migration services (job seeker, work, student, skilled migration) * Assess client profiles and recommend the right visa/immigration pathway * Explain eligibility, costs, timelines, and documentation requirements to prospects * Handle objections and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets * Draft and explain retainer agreements/contracts, collect payments * Maintain CRM records and report on pipeline/conversion performance * Hand off clients to documentation/processing team post\-sale * Build and manage relationships with referral agents/partner agencies * Negotiate agent commission structures for candidate referrals * Stay updated on visa program changes to keep sales pitches accurate Pay: AED3,000\.00 \- AED6,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
