Sales Consultant ( female )

1\- Reporting \& Coordinating with the Showroom Supervisor regarding Sales orders, delivery, and staff issues to be solved immediately. 2\- Service the clients at the retail outlets and provide the right advice and recommend/introduce new items for purchase. 3\- Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly targets set by a predefined table according to Showroom sales and employees’ salaries. 4\- Ensure Sales Orders SO and transfers are entered on LS Retail and updated on the NAV system \& follow the correct operation process. 5\- Collect the right amount of money and make sure the customer signed the order and approved the terms and conditions. 6\- Ensure the customer CRM file is completed and updated 7\- Ensure proper display of items, price tags, QR tags… as per management guidelines. 8\- Always implement the showroom items according to the approved R\&D rooms and visual merchandising plan. 9\- Ensure that the clients are serviced to the highest customer service standard and as per company policy. 10\- Make sure to maintain the showroom \& desks clean at all times. 11\- Fill in the customers’ activities on CRM \&LS retail. 12\- Report any customer complaint to the showroom manager.
