CODED is a leading tech\-education company running bootcamps and programs across software, data, AI, and cybersecurity. We're looking for a Customer Experience Officer to be the friendly, reliable first point of contact for our leads, trainees, and parents — the person who makes every interaction with CODED feel warm, fast, and professional. **What you'll do** * Respond to inbound messages across WhatsApp, phone, email, and Instagram (DMs and comments) quickly and professionally * Guide prospective trainees through their program options and the admissions process * Follow up with leads who haven't yet confirmed or paid, and help convert interest into enrollment * Schedule orientations and tours, and send timely confirmations and reminders * Log and categorize every case — questions, complaints, refunds, withdrawals — and resolve or escalate as needed * Keep customer records and statuses accurate and up to date * Share on\-the\-ground feedback and insights with our Marketing, Product, and Education teams **What we're looking for** * Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English * A natural customer\-service mindset — empathetic, patient, and calm under pressure * Highly organized and detail\-oriented, with strong follow\-through * Responsive and dependable, with a real sense of ownership * Comfortable with digital tools (WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, Instagram) **Nice to have** * Prior experience in customer experience, admissions, sales support, or community management * Familiarity with the tech\-education or bootcamp space **Why join CODED** You'll be at the heart of a fast\-moving team that's shaping the future of tech talent in the region.
