Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team. * Handle customer enquiries, orders, and complaints professionally. * Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and delivery teams to ensure timely deliveries. * Maintain customer records and update the sales database. * Follow up with existing customers regarding orders and outstanding payments. * Assist in achieving monthly sales targets. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management. * Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp. * Ensure all customer requests are handled promptly and accurately. Pay: AED2,000\.00 \- AED3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
