Sales/Business Development Executive

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious **Sales/Business Development Executive** to support our sales growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have at least **2 years of experience in software sales, IT sales, tele\-sales, or business development**, with a passion for meeting customers and generating new business opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospects, networking, referrals, and market research. * Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings with prospective customers. * Conduct introductory presentations of the company's services. * Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers. * Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. * Understand customer requirements and identify potential opportunities. * Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM systems. * Ensure timely responses to customer requests and inquiries. * Liaise with software vendors, distributors, and technology partners to obtain pricing and product information. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum **2 years of experience in software sales, IT sales, business development, or customer\-facing roles.** * Basic understanding of software solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, ERP, CRM, or IT infrastructure solutions. * Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and sales aptitude may also be considered. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong prospecting and relationship\-building abilities. * Valid driving license is preferred.
