• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets. • Participate in all market hall inventories. • Provide customers with current relevant information. • Represent a positive attitude toward the merchandise, the brand, and the company. • Create a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adhering to the dress code. • Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile. • Maintain a clean and organized environment by upholding store standards of cleanliness. • Assume and complete other duties as assigned by the shopkeeper. • Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related functions. • Follow IKEA policies and procedures 100%. • Work flexibly and collaboratively with peers and management to accomplish duties. • Be punctual and adhere to the designated work schedule. • Required Skills To Be Successful: • Strong customer service orientation. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Proficiency in verbal communication. • Adaptability to work flexible hours and collaboratively within a team. What Qualifies You For The Role: • High School Degree or equivalent. • At least 1 year of retail sales experience. • Good verbal communication skills. • Physical capability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and lift stock as needed.
