Role Overview We are seeking a **Sales Assistant** with proven experience in **customer service within the pastry, bakery, or café field**. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and able to deliver a warm, memorable experience to every guest. Key Responsibilities * **Customer service**: Greet and assist customers with product selection, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. * **Sales support**: Handle transactions accurately, manage POS systems, and maintain product displays. * **Product knowledge**: Learn and communicate details about our pastries, cakes, and seasonal offerings. * **Store presentation**: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the shop. * **Team collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues to meet sales goals and uphold service standards. Requirements * Prior **customer service experience** in the pastry, bakery, or café industry (mandatory). * Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. * Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment. * Flexibility to work weekends and holidays. * Passion for artisanal desserts and hospitality.
