**Sales \& Marketing Manager \- Job Description** We are seeking a results\-driven Sales \& Marketing Manager to increase hotel revenue, develop business opportunities and strengthen the hotel’s market presence. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. * Generate new business and maintain client relationships. * Promote hotel rooms, restaurants, events and other hotel services. * Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. * Manage corporate accounts and business partners. * Monitor market trends and competitors. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in hotel sales and marketing. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships. * Knowledge of the local hospitality market is preferred. * Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage. * Valid Qatar Light Vehicle Driving License is required.
