Sales and Leasing Manager

**Job Summary** Bestari Property Development \& Management W.L.L. is seeking a results\-driven Sales and Leasing Manager to lead property sales, leasing activities, client acquisition, broker relationships, and revenue growth across the company’s real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will develop commercial strategies, manage the sales and leasing pipeline, negotiate property transactions, and lead a high\-performing team serving residential, commercial, and mixed\-use developments. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement property sales and leasing strategies aligned with revenue and occupancy targets * Lead, coach, and evaluate sales executives, leasing consultants, and property agents * Manage lead generation, prospect qualification, viewings, proposals, negotiations, and transaction closure * Build relationships with investors, tenants, corporate clients, brokers, and referral partners * Monitor rental rates, property prices, market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand * Coordinate property listings, marketing campaigns, open\-house events, and digital promotions * Negotiate tenancy agreements, sales contracts, commercial terms, renewals, and lease amendments * Maintain accurate sales forecasts, leasing pipelines, occupancy reports, and performance dashboards * Work with property management, legal, finance, development, and facilities teams * Ensure transactions comply with company policies and Qatar’s applicable property requirements **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field * Significant experience in real estate sales, property leasing, brokerage, or commercial property management * Proven record of achieving sales, rental\-income, occupancy, and client\-acquisition targets * Experience leading and developing property sales or leasing teams * Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and mixed\-use property markets * Excellent negotiation, presentation, networking, and relationship\-management skills * Proficiency in CRM systems, property portals, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office applications * Strong understanding of tenancy documentation, sales agreements, and transaction procedures * Qatar or GCC real estate experience is preferred **Why Work With Us** * Competitive management\-level salary * Attractive sales and leasing commissions * Housing and transportation allowances * Medical insurance and paid annual leave * Access to a growing property portfolio * Professional development and leadership opportunities * Multicultural and performance\-focused working environment **About the Company** Bestari Property Development \& Management W.L.L. provides real estate development, property sales, leasing, investment support, asset management, and property\-management services in Qatar.
