Sales And Customer Service Co-ordinator

Sales Support • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, and pricing for logistics services. • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to support conversion into business. • Coordinate onboarding of new clients, including documentation and system setup. Customer Service • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution. • Provide timely updates on shipment status, delays, and service changes. • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary. • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Operations Coordination • Liaise with operations, transport, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments. • Coordinate bookings, documentation, and delivery schedules. • Ensure accuracy of shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork where applicable. • In-depth knowledge about import/export by sea and air freight. • Knowledge about international freight costing and quotations and co-ordination with clients. • Ability to negotiate with local and international agents. • Strong communication, convincing and problem-solving ability. • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. • Should be pro-active, attention to detail and accuracy.
