Sales and Coordination Executive – Sports Academy

Swift Elite Sports Academy (SESA) is looking for a Sales and Coordination Executive to be the primary point of contact for all incoming enquiries and the operational link between our marketing agency, internal team, and parents/students. This is a hands\-on, front\-facing role suited to someone organized, personable, and comfortable managing multiple communication channels at once. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond promptly and professionally to all enquiries coming in via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk\-ins * Convert enquiries into trial sessions and enrollments * Coordinate with our external marketing agency and internal team on social media content planning and posting schedules * Liaise with parents regarding class schedules, timings, rescheduling, and general communication * Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow\-ups, and enrollments * Support day\-to\-day academy administration as needed **Requirements:** * Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable with social media platforms and basic coordination tools (WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, etc.) * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or academy/school coordination preferred * Must be based in Qatar and available for an in\-person role **Preferred:** * Female candidate Job Types: Part\-time, Contract Language: * English and Hindi/Malayalam?
