Sales Agent – Real Estate

**Job Title:** Sales Agent – Real Estate **Company:** Haqbaz Real Estate **Location:** Bahrain **Reports To:** Sales Manager / Managing Director **Job Purpose** Haqbaz Real Estate is seeking an experienced and results\-driven Sales Agent to generate leads, build client relationships, and close property sales and rental deals. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in the Bahrain real estate market and a solid network of buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. * Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and investors. * Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. * Prepare and present property listings, comparative market analyses, and sales proposals. * Coordinate with the marketing team to promote listed properties across relevant channels. * Ensure all transactions comply with company policy and applicable Bahrain real estate regulations. * Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and deal status in the CRM system. * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Provide after\-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business/referrals. **Requirements** * Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a real estate sales agent, preferably in the Bahrain market. * Strong knowledge of local property laws, procedures, and market trends. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred). * Valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred). * Bahrain real estate brokerage license/registration (if applicable) is an advantage. * Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and able to work independently. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
