Sales Account Manager

#### ***Sharq******,*** ***Kuwait*** Responsibilities * Establishing strong customer relationships. * Developing proposals to win new business. * Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to document and track sales opportunities. * Demonstrating versatility in English written and oral skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including employees, managers, technical and non\-technical customers, and potential customers. * Working effectively in a team setting. * Preferably to know the GIS concepts and industry software. * Assist Director/Management with development of team goals, providing team support, and with creating training documents to assist with team growth/development. Requirements * Four (4\) or more years of successful experience as an Account Manager, or in other sales/customer service role. * Advanced knowledge of the local government entities in Kuwait market, as well as the technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers. * Expert visual storyteller and negotiator across all levels of an organization * Knowledge of industry fiscal year, budgeting, and procurement cycles * Solid knowledge in sales techniques, mechanism, and best practices * Solid knowledge in customers services and types and relationship management * Basic knowledge in the ESRI key products \& services * Working proficiency of company standards, MS Windows and associated office productivity software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) * Demonstrated leadership experience. * Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals, objectives, and deadlines. * Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. * Able to communicate technical concepts to non\-technical personnel. Education * Degree in Business, Computer Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience may be considered. Generic \& Specific Skills: * Shall be able to read, write and speak English language freely.
