Safety Supervisor - HSE

• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience. • Possession of an internationally recognized professional safety certification (e.g., CSP , CMIOSH ). • Bachelor's degree in relevant technical, industry or HSEQ specific discipline • Relevant experience in the oil & gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, onshore, offshore, or infrastructure industries. • Proven experience in construction safety activities on large-scale projects. • Experience conducting safety compliance audits and ensuring adherence to safety program requirements in accordance with the Saudi Aramco Contractor Safety Administrative Requirements and Construction Safety Manual . • Ability to develop, implement, monitor, and follow up on corrective action procedures to address safety deficiencies and improve compliance. • Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and continuous improvement of established safety programs. • Thorough knowledge of international safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices. • Strong understanding of hazard identification, risk assessment, incident prevention, and safety management systems. • Relevant work experience in the oil & gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, onshore, offshore, or infrastructure industries. • Demonstrated involvement in construction safety activities for large-scale projects. • Experience conducting safety compliance audits in alignment with the Saudi Aramco Contractor Safety Administrative Requirements and the Construction Safety Manual , including corrective action procedures. • Ability to ensure effective implementation of established Safety Programs. • Thorough knowledge of international safety standards, regulations, and procedures. • Trained and competent Internal Auditor RCA Accident/incident Investigator, e.g. Helix/Taproot •
