KBR is looking for Safety officer to carry out Safety inspection to equipment, tools, and working conditions to ensure safety of workers engaged in Oil \& Gas Facilities **Responsibilities:** * Inspects equipment, tools, and working conditions to ensure safety of workers engaged in Oil \& Gas Facilities: Inspects safety belts, ladders, ropes, rubber goods, and tools and replaces those not meeting safety requirements. * Observes crews at work and reports laxity in safety precautions, such as failure to use goggles, rubber gloves, and other safety devices. * Examines conditions of ditches and tunnels and recommends use of braces to prevent cave\-ins endangering workers. Investigates accidents to determine causes and devises preventive measures. May instruct workers in use of safety equipment and safe work methods. * Make sure for compliances of all safety procedures. * Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions * Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work. **Qualifications:** * Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil \& Gas maintenance – High School. * Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil \& Gas maintenance – Diploma. * Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs related to safety * Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skill * Proven leadership skills with large organizations * Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems * Strategic management skills **Belong.
