We combine engineering precision with commercial excellence to power progress across complex projects in the region. ### **Position Overview:** We are looking for a qualified and proactive **Safety Officer** to ensure a safe working environment across our project operations. The successful candidate will monitor compliance with HSE policies, conduct inspections, identify hazards, and support the implementation of effective safety procedures. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures. * Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards and unsafe practices. * Prepare and maintain safety inspection reports, checklists, and incident records. * Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for employees and subcontractors. * Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with site safety requirements. * Assist in risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method statement reviews. * Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and recommend corrective actions. * Monitor emergency preparedness and participate in emergency drills. * Coordinate with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. * Maintain safety documentation and ensure compliance with applicable Saudi regulations and project requirements. * Immediately report serious safety violations or incidents to the relevant management. ### **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in **Occupational Health \& Safety, Engineering, or a related field**. * Relevant experience as a Safety Officer, preferably within **construction, MEP, or engineering projects**. * Good knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, and workplace safety practices. * Relevant HSE certifications such as **NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent** are an advantage. * Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills. * Ability to work effectively in a site/project environment. * Bilingual in Arabic and English * **Immediate availability is preferred.** **Equal Employment Opportunity:** We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer committed to providing a fair, inclusive, and diverse workplace. **This position is open to qualified candidates of all genders**, and employment decisions are based on qualifications, skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
