Russian Content Moderator

We are looking for a highly motivated **Russian Content Moderator** to join the growing team of our partner, a global leader in cost\-effective smartphones and a rapidly expanding tech ecosystem based in China. This is a long\-term content review project focused on ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of diverse content types across our platform. **Responsibilities** * Multi\-Format Content Review: Review various content formats—including advertisements, wallpapers, news, short videos, and push notification videos—across images, text, and video. * Policy Compliance: Evaluate all content strictly according to predefined standards, rules, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Content Moderation: Approve compliant content for publication and flag or remove non\-compliant material using the appropriate specific reason codes. * Volume Management: Consistently review approximately 3,000 items per day across image, text, and video formats. **Project Details \& Compensation** * Project Type: Long\-term project with consistent part\-time work. * Time Commitment: A minimum of 4 hours per day is required. * Compensation: Your earnings are based on the number of items you successfully audit, not on time spent. For context, reviewing 3,000 items would earn you between $7 and $8, while 1,500 items would earn you between $3 and $4\. **What We’re Looking For** * Language Skills: You must be fluent in **Russian**. Basic English is helpful but not required. * Mindset: A meticulous, disciplined, and patient individual with a keen eye for detail. * Technical Requirements: You will need a personal computer and a stable, high\-speed internet connection.
