Runner

1\. Delivering food and beverages to the tables. 2\. Assisting the servers. 3\. Preparing the dining room for our guests by cleaning and setting up our tables. 4\. Ensuring that empty tables are ready to receive new guests within 2 minutes. 5\. Protecting our restaurant and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies. 6\. Maintaining table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to our guests’ spills or other special needs. 7\. Supporting our servers by setting up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations. 8\. Completing side\-works at the end of each shift. This includes, but is not limited to, closing our restaurant by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping and/or vacuuming the floors, and removing trash and recyclables from the restaurant. 9\. Updating job knowledge by participating in staff training programs. 10\. Refilling water glasses and delivering complimentary snacks, such as bread to newly arrived guests. 11\. Training new and existing staff. 12\. Assisting servers by refilling drinks for guests and delivering trays of food to their tables. 13\. Emptying trash containers, refilling ice bins, and performing general cleaning chores. 14\. Attending basic food hygiene and work safety training programs.
