Room Attendant

Clean and service guest rooms in accordance with Rosewood, LQA, and brand standards Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail throughout assigned areas Replenish amenities, linens, and guest supplies to ensure room readiness and guest comfort Respond promptly to guest requests and support service recovery when required Report maintenance concerns, damages, and lost-and-found items in a timely manner Ensure the safe handling of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and guest room keys You have experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role within a hospitality environment You take pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness and creating comfortable guest experiences You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain high standards consistently You are familiar with cleaning procedures, equipment, and safe chemical handling practices You are dependable, proactive, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team You communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are an advantage
