**Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and experienced **Façade Cleaning Supervisor** to oversee and manage all external cleaning activities, including high\-rise window and façade cleaning. The ideal candidate will supervise cleaning teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism on site. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily façade cleaning operations, including rope access, cradle systems, and scaffolding\-based cleaning methods. * Coordinate work schedules, assign duties to cleaners, and monitor performance to ensure quality standards are met. * Ensure all cleaning activities are carried out in accordance with safety protocols, especially when working at heights. * Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings before the start of shifts. * Inspect cleaning equipment and access systems (cradles, ropes, PPE) for functionality and safety compliance. * Liaise with building management, clients, and other departments to coordinate cleaning activities with minimal disruption. * Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain accurate records of manpower, equipment, and incidents. * Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and safety equipment. * Train new staff in cleaning procedures, safety standards, and proper equipment use. * Report hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to management immediately. **Requirements:** * Proven experience 8 years in façade or high\-rise cleaning operations, with supervisory responsibilities. * Knowledge of rope access, cradle operations, and fall protection systems. * Certification in **Working at Heights** and/or **IRATA Level 3\.** * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to read and follow work permits, safety instructions, and risk assessments. * Basic knowledge of maintenance and operation of cleaning equipment and access systems. * Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * IRATA Level 3 certification (for rope access work) * First Aid and Health \& Safety training * Previous experience in managing multicultural teams * Knowledge of local safety regulations (e.g., UAE HSE guidelines) Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Experience: * façade supervisor : 5 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * IRATA Level 3 Certificate (Preferred) * Driving License (Preferred)
