Risk Analyst

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Analyst to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will identify, assess, and monitor operational and financial risks, deliver data-driven insights, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive risk mitigation strategies and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and scenario analyses using quantitative and qualitative methodologies • Develop, maintain, and enhance risk models and reporting tools to track key risk indicators • Prepare timely risk reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies • Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to identify risk exposures and implement mitigation plans • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with local and international regulations • Support the development and implementation of risk management policies, procedures, and controls Required Qualifications: • 2–5 years of experience in risk analysis, financial auditing, or related fields • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related discipline • Proven experience with risk analysis methodologies and technical tools • Strong reporting skills, including data extraction and presentation using Excel or risk management software • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal • Sound understanding of Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks and industry best practices • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications: • Professional certification such as FRM, PRM, or CFA • Experience in banking, energy, or oil and gas sectors • Familiarity with local regulatory authorities (SAMA, CMA) • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
