Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** * Identify, assess, and monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle. * Develop and maintain project risk registers, mitigation plans, and contingency strategies. * Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including schedule and cost risk analysis. * Perform risk workshops with project teams and stakeholders to identify and evaluate project risks. * Analyze the impact of risks on project cost, schedule, quality, and overall project objectives. * Monitor risk mitigation actions and ensure timely implementation by project teams. * Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for project management and executive leadership. * Support project planning by integrating risk assessments with project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. * Utilize risk management software to perform risk simulations and scenario analysis. * Ensure compliance with organizational risk management frameworks, policies, and industry best practices. * Collaborate with project controls, planning, cost, engineering, and commercial teams to support informed decision\-making. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline. * Master's Degree or professional certification such as PMI\-RMP, FRM, CRM, or equivalent is preferred. * Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management or risk analysis within engineering, construction, infrastructure, or capital projects. * Proven experience supporting large\-scale engineering, EPC, PMC, or infrastructure projects. * Proficiency in Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, RiskWatch, or equivalent risk management software. * Strong knowledge of project risk management processes, including risk identification, analysis, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting. * Experience in qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, including Monte Carlo simulation and scenario analysis. * Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, dashboards). * Knowledge of project cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and schedule analysis. * Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast\-paced project environment.
