Rigging Supervisor

Supervise daily rigging and lifting operations. Ensure compliance with approved lifting plans and HSE standards. Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site teams. Conduct pre-lift inspections and toolbox talks. Inspect lifting equipment and ensure valid certifications. Monitor safe work practices and PTW compliance. Allocate manpower and track work progress. Maintain lifting records and daily reports. Support critical lifts and resolve site issues. Ensure timely and safe completion of lifting activities. • Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in Oil & Gas/EPC construction projects. • 3+ years of experience as a Rigging Supervisor. • Knowledge of lifting plans, rigging practices, and crane operations. • Familiarity with HSE procedures, PTW, JSA, and risk assessments. • Valid Rigging/Lifting Supervisor certification preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills. • GCC/Qatar project experience is an added advantage.
