Rigging Engineer - Walkin Chennai

• Develop and implement detailed rigging plans for complex lifting operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in challenging environments. • Conduct thorough site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and devise mitigation strategies before commencing any rigging activity. • Select appropriate rigging equipment, including cranes, hoists, slings, and shackles, based on load weight, geometry, and environmental conditions. • Supervise and guide rigging crews, ensuring adherence to established procedures, safety protocols, and project timelines. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a strong theoretical foundation. • Minimum of 13 years of progressive experience specifically in rigging engineering, with a proven track record of successful project execution. • Certification as a Certified Rigger or Certified Crane Operator (e.g., NCCCO) is highly desirable, showcasing validated expertise. • Experience in heavy industrial sectors such as oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, or large-scale construction projects. Eligibility Criteria ✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Age Criteria: • Maximum age limit is 49 years • For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience Managerial and SR.
