Retail Shop Agent

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Shop Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining an organized and well-presented store, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the shop. You will play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience while contributing to the success of the business. What You Will Do • Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance. • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system. • Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays. • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management. • Receive, unpack, and organize incoming deliveries. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment. • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally. • Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving sales targets. • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-first mindset with a positive and professional attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills; experience with POS systems is an advantage. Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
