Retail Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced, results\-driven **Retail Sales Manager** to oversee our boutique operations, lead our sales team, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for maximizing sales turnover, maintaining impeccable store standards, and ensuring a luxury shopping experience for our clientele. Key Responsibilities * Sales \& Revenue Growth: Set, monitor, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the boutique. * Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service. * Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing appointments, custom orders, and follow\-ups. * Inventory \& Stock Management: Oversee stock levels, coordinate with the design/production team for collection restocks, and manage inventory auditing. * Boutique Operations: Maintain premium visual merchandising and luxury standards on the showroom floor. * Reporting: Prepare regular sales performance, customer feedback, and stock reports for upper management. Requirements \& Qualifications * Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience, ideally in luxury fashion, abayas in the GCC. * Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Qatari customer preferences, fabric variations, and modest fashion trends. * Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English is mandatory. * Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and retail math skills.
