Retail Sales Executive – Kuwait

Job Overview Edoxi Training Institute is looking for an enthusiastic and customer\-focused **Retail Sales Executive** to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk\-in customers, promoting our training programs and certification courses, and achieving sales targets through excellent customer service and effective sales techniques. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and assist walk\-in customers at the training center. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs and certification courses. * Provide accurate information about course offerings, schedules, fees, and promotions. * Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively presenting the value of our training solutions. * Follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp. * Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Process registrations, payments, and related documentation accurately. * Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets. * Maintain customer records and update the CRM system. * Coordinate with the operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process. * Keep the showroom/reception area organized and presentable. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or front\-office sales. * Experience in the education or training industry is an advantage. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities. * Ability to work in a target\-driven environment. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are preferred. * Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
