The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting electronics and technology products, provide excellent service, and contribute to achieving store sales targets. Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electronics products and accessories. * Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage. * Achieve individual and store sales targets. * Promote warranties, accessories, and value\-added services. * Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well\-organized. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after\-sales support professionally. * Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends. * Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and merchandising activities. * Follow company policies, operational procedures, and customer service standards. Qualifications \& Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is an advantage. * 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in electronics, mobile phones, IT products, or consumer technology. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Basic understanding of electronics and technology products. * Ability to work in a target\-driven retail environment. * Good interpersonal and problem\-solving skills. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
