Retail Logistic Cordinator- Oman

Job Description Miniso General Trading LLC invites application for position of logistic Assistant at Oman\-Muscat/Suhar. job Responsibilities Shipment Tracking \& Monitoring Track and follow up on all shipments from the UAE to Oman. Monitor and update shipment status in real\-time, including: dispatched, received, sorted, and delivered. Delivery Timeliness Management Ensure goods are delivered from the Oman warehouse to retail stores according to the scheduled delivery cycle. Identify delays and develop improvement plans to optimize the delivery process. Distribution Accuracy Control Ensure accurate sorting and distribution of goods from the Oman warehouse to stores. Prevent errors such as wrong deliveries, over\-delivery, or missing items. Coordinate closely with store managers and area managers regarding delivery schedule changes, cancellations, or urgent shipments. Customs Inspection Handling Restore and repack cartons inspected by Oman customs. Ensure stores receive complete and accurate quantities in original packaging. Return any extra items to their original cartons. Return Logistics Supervision (Oman → UAE) Oversee the return process from Oman stores to the UAE warehouse. Ensure returns are completed on time, accurately, and without damage. Investigate discrepancies or damages and determine responsibility (store, logistics provider, or warehouse). Inter\-Store Transfers (Oman) Manage monthly stock transfers between Oman stores. Coordinate store packing progress and logistics vehicle scheduling for collection and redistribution. Damage Reporting \& Reconciliation Compile monthly reports of damaged goods during transportation. Prepare and confirm final damage lists with stores and logistics providers for finance deduction purposes. System Monitoring Monitor daily system operations to ensure all stores complete goods receipt in the system within 24 hours after delivery. Job Requirements Willing to be based long\-term in Muscat, Oman Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data management Strong sense of responsibility, self\-motivation, and patience Proactive in tracking tasks and resolving issues Good command of English (written and spoken) Able to respond to work\-related communications outside regular working hours when necessary Applicant Must be Ready to accept transfer within any Stores as per requirement. **Work Location\-** Muscat/Suhar: Job Type: Full\-time ,Immediate joinee Job Type: Full\-time Pay: RO300\.000 \- RO400\.000 per month Work Location: In person
