• Efficiently process customer transactions using the POS system, accurately handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods to ensure a seamless checkout experience. • Engage customers warmly in Arabic, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals. • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all necessary supplies like bags and receipt paper are readily available to prevent delays. • Assist customers with product inquiries at the counter, offering basic information or directing them to the appropriate sales associate for more complex needs. • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred to ensure foundational literacy and numeracy skills. • Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing role, ideally within the retail sector, is highly valued. • Proficiency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with a significant portion of our customer base. • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, are necessary for efficient transaction processing.
