Restaurant Supervisor

We are hiring a Restaurant Supervisor for our restaurant who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest service standards, and leading the front\-of\-house team in a vibrant, upscale lifestyle dining environment. The role requires a hands\-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, people development, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience ● Deliver exceptional, personalized service that exceeds guest expectations. ● Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and a memorable dining experience. ● Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. ● Build strong relationships with regular guests and promote guest loyalty. Operations ● Supervise the daily operation of the restaurant during assigned shifts. ● Ensure smooth coordination between service, bar, host, and kitchen teams. ● Monitor restaurant cleanliness, ambience, music, lighting, and overall presentation. ● Ensure all opening, closing, and shift procedures are completed accurately. ● Maintain compliance with company policies, health, hygiene, and safety standards. Team Leadership ● Lead, motivate, and coach the restaurant team to deliver outstanding performance. ● Conduct daily pre\-shift briefings and communicate operational updates. ● Monitor employee appearance, punctuality, grooming, and service standards. ● Assist in onboarding and training new team members. ● Foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative working environment. Service Quality ● Monitor food and beverage quality before service reaches guests. ● Ensure service follows established SOPs and brand standards. ● Support the team during busy service periods by taking an active floor presence. ● Monitor table turnover while maintaining service excellence.
