We are looking for a responsible and customer\-focused **Restaurant Supervisor / Shift Supervisor** to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise staff and coordinate daily shift activities. * Ensure smooth restaurant operations and excellent customer service. * Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline. * Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. * Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. * Coordinate with kitchen and front\-of\-house teams. * Assist with opening and closing procedures. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality operations. * Supervisory experience is preferred. * Good communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work shifts and in a fast\-paced environment. * Customer\-focused approach.
