Responsibilities * Cover captain and supervisory duties during breaks, days off and busy periods. * Manage a service section and coordinate food delivery and table readiness. * Brief and support waiters, runners and bussers. * Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues promptly. * Maintain service standards and communicate shift handovers. Requirements * Experience as a senior captain, head waiter or restaurant shift supervisor. * Confident section management and guest communication. * Flexibility to cover related service stations and lead by example.
