Job description
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, quality, and efficiency
• Lead, train, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer experience
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and hygiene regulations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and footfall
• Strong awareness of how social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) influence restaurant visibility and customer traffic
• Works closely with marketing teams or agencies to support promotions, influencer collaborations, and campaigns
• Keeps updated with current F&B trends, customer behavior, and modern restaurant marketing strategies
• Contributes ideas to attract new customers and improve brand positioning in the market
• Understands how digital presence impacts customer decisions and restaurant reputation
• Uses business insight and operational feedback to support marketing direction and improve customer experience and sales performance
• Arab nationality (mandatory)
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing restaurants in the UAE
• Proven background in Lebanese or Arabic cuisine restaurants
• Strong knowledge of UAE F&B market, customer preferences, and compliance standards
• Hands-on leadership experience in full restaurant operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly customer-focused with a passion for hospitality excellence
• Trend-aware and digitally savvy with a modern approach to restaurant management
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
